    Cancellations and returns

    • Free order cancellation within 24 hours of order placement
    • 5% fee for successful order cancellations if requested later than 24 hours of order placement
    • 30 day returns are accepted from the date of delivery
    • Return shipping charges to Houston, USA, are to be borne by the customer
