Refunds and exchanges for orders that have not shipped
Customers may request to cancel or change orders that have not been shipped, and Velkase will carry out these requests when possible. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and may not always be possible to cancel or change.
Refunds and exchanges for orders that have shipped
Any order that has been shipped cannot be canceled, but products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted.
The customer must contact Velkase to initiate a return or exchange and follow the instructions provided thereafter. The customer agrees to return the products in the same condition as received or as described, use a reputable shipping carrier, cover shipping expenses, and insure the shipment for its full value.
For successful returns, refunds will be initiated within 5 business days of return delivery confirmation and can take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on the customer's bank and payment method. Any shipping fees billed to the customer in the original purchase will not be refunded.
5% of the original purchase value will be withheld to cover re-stocking and payment processing expenses for products returned in the same condition as received.
15% of the original purchase value will be withheld to cover re-stocking and payment processing expenses or the return may be rejected for products returned in used or incomplete condition.
For defective items shipped to the USA, free returns are available within the 30 day return period, and free replacements or parts thereof are available within the warranty period.
For defective items shipped outside of the USA, returns with restocking fees waived are available within the 30 day return period, and free replacements or parts thereof are available within the warranty period.
EU Right to Withdrawal
EU customers may cancel their purchase contract within 14 days from the date of delivery (the "cooling-off period"). If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, the deadline is extended until the next working day. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping costs to our location in the USA, unless the item is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
