Liability
The customer acknowledges that Velkase is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage or loss that may arise from using this site or using the goods sold on this site. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, or hardware damage.
Velkase is not responsible for any consequences of shipping carrier delays, customs delays, theft, or customer negligence in regard to shipping.
Velkase cannot guarantee that the website is devoid of any inaccuracies, errors, or bugs.
Order collection, fulfillment, and cancellation
All store prices are listed in USD and are tax-exclusive. Orders to the USA may be subject to sales tax and no other fees, collected during checkout. Orders to other countries may be subject to tax and import fees, typically collected by the shipping carrier after shipping. Payments and refunds are processed in USD only. Unless otherwise noted, payment is authorized upon checkout, and collected between checkout and shipment processing.
Any shipping dates provided for all orders are only estimates, not guarantees, and may change at any time. Orders containing multiple items with different shipping dates will be fulfilled when all items are ready. Velkase will communicate any order fulfillment delays via email.
Shipping to PO boxes (including those formatted as physical addresses), DPO, APO, FPO, and other military addresses is not available within the standard shipping times and prices shown on this site. If checkout is completed with one of these addresses, the order may be cancelled or delayed.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any items ordered on this site are successfully received by providing accurate information for shipping purposes, monitoring the status of their shipment, paying any applicable taxes and import fees, and inspecting the goods upon receipt. Shipping fees will not be refunded after shipping. Shipments that are "returned to sender" may be subject to restocking fees up to 15%, return shipping, taxes, and import fees.
Velkase can only perform address correction if requested within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and the customer must arrange address correction directly with the shipping carrier or postal service.
Customers may request to cancel orders that have not been shipped and Velkase will carry out cancellation requests when possible. Cancellation is free if requested in the first 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and may not always be cancellable. Successful cancellations requested later than 24 hours may have a 5% fee deducted to cover payment processing expenses. Any order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled. Shipping fees billed to the customer in the original purchase will not be refunded for any order that has been shipped.
Velkase reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.
EU Right to Withdrawal
EU customers may cancel their purchase contract within 14 days from the date of delivery (the "cooling-off period"). If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, the deadline is extended until the next working day. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping costs to our location in the USA, unless the item is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
Price Protection
If a product is reduced in price after purchase on this website, the customer may request a partial refund to match the new pre-tax price within their return period.
Pre-order and back-order Policy
Pre-orders and back-orders are subject to the same policies as described above in “Order collection, fulfillment, and cancellation”.
Limited warranty
Unless otherwise noted, Velkase provides a 1 year non-transferable limited warranty on all products sold on this website to the country/region the product was originally shipped to, which covers manufacturing defects and shipping damage. The warranty does not cover “wear and tear” nor damage caused by modification, improper handling, or misuse. Customers who receive a product covered by warranty with manufacturing defects or shipping damage should contact Velkase to discuss repair, replacement, or refund. Any replacement hardware issued will be covered by warranty for 30 days or to the end of the original warranty period, whichever is greater.
