Q: I am having issues logging into my account created before October 16, 2023

A: If your account was created before October 16, 2023, please register again here. Account login details have been cleared on this date for backend improvements and additional features for your convenience. Registering an account is completely optional. Please email us if you need your order history without re-creating the account.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost? How long does it take?

A: Please refer to this page for a quick estimate, or in cart for an exact price. Shipping takes approximately 1-2 weeks for the USA and 2-4 weeks for all other countries.

 

Q: Do you have any promotions or discounts available?

A: We generally have a no-discount policy for new condition products. Please contact us to inquire about discounted open box / used / refurbished products if they interest you.

 

Q: There are some items missing from my order

A: Some orders, usually those which contain replacement parts, are fulfilled in two shipments. Please check your shipping confirmation for a second tracking number. If all shipments show as delivered and there are missing items, please contact us and we will provide the missing tracking number or items as soon as possible.

 

Q: Which graphics cards fit into your cases? Which display extensions can I use to route the GPU output to the rear in the Velka 5 or 7?

A: Please refer to the compatibility list here and scroll down for display extension compatibility information, if needed.

 

Q: Shipping to my country/region is not available in checkout, how can I place an order?

A: Shipping is only available to the countries listed on this page or those that the website allows checking out to. If your country is not listed, the only way to receive our products there is for you to use a freight forwarder located within the USA (freight forwarders in other countries are not supported) that can arrange shipping and customs clearance to your country. Please make sure by checking product pages that the items you are ordering will ship from within the USA.
