Shipping Policy

Order collection, fulfillment, and cancellation

All store prices are listed in USD and are tax-exclusive. Orders to the USA may be subject to sales tax and no other fees, collected during checkout. Orders to other countries may be subject to tax and import fees, typically collected by the shipping carrier after shipping. Payments and refunds are processed in USD only. Unless otherwise noted, payment is authorized upon checkout, and collected between checkout and shipment processing.

Any shipping dates provided for all orders are only estimates, not guarantees, and may change at any time. Orders containing multiple items with different shipping dates will be fulfilled when all items are ready. Velkase will communicate any order fulfillment delays via email.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any items ordered on this site are successfully received by providing accurate information for shipping purposes, monitoring the status of their shipment, paying any applicable taxes and import fees, and inspecting the goods upon receipt. Shipping fees charged to the customer by Velkase will not be refunded after shipping.

Customers may request to cancel or change orders that have not been shipped, and Velkase will carry out these requests when possible. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and may not always be possible to cancel or change. If address correction is required after 24 hours, the customer must contact the shipping carrier or postal service. Any order that has been shipped cannot be canceled. Shipping fees billed to the customer in the original purchase will not be refunded for any order that has been shipped.

Velkase reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.
